Dedicated, hard working energetic, involved: These are all words which describe Smithfield District School Board candidate Kirstin Cook. Mrs. Cook has spent the past nine years working alongside many teachers and students in Isle of Wight County. She has dedicated her time and talents to making sure that students and teachers are well cared for by making herself available whenever she was called upon.
She has also held executive positions within various school PTS’s, chaired fund raising events, organized school picture day, chaperoned field trips and served on various committees in the schools. Whether it is to support her children, the other students, the staff or her community, Kirstin is readily available to lend her expertise and a helping hand.
On Nov. 3, you have the opportunity to elect a candidate who has already proven her allegiance to our school system and the children of Isle of Wight County in countless ways. I encourage y ou to give Mrs. Cook the opportunity to serve the citizens of Smithfield. Cast y our vote for Kirstin Cook, a new face on our School Board.
