I’ve known Carlos Turner for 18 years. We worked for the same agency for 13 years and at one point, we worked in the same division. Carlos was and still is highly respected in the area where he once lived and worked. As a 29-year veteran of law enforcement, I often see how people try to shine negative light on others to keep the light off themselves.
