I write this in full support of Mayor Williams. When it comes to improving our town or helping its citizens, he is passionate. At times he can be headstrong but he is not a liar. Public discourse as regards civic matters should be vibrant and even vigorous, but at all times civil.

I have no knowledge regarding the merits presented by the residents of Goose Hill opposing the Pierceville development; sadly they have allowed rude behavior and back-handed insults laced with innuendo to speak louder than any facts would have required.
