The object of the above-styled suit is to partition real property situate, lying and being in Isle of Wight County, Virginia identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 45-01-020, and said to contain 55.93 acres and Tax Map Parcel No. 45-01-020D, and said to contain 0.200 acre.
And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the above-named defendants cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the parties to be served or as set out in the pleadings, they are a person or person, as defendants by the general description of “parties unknown”, it is therefore ORDERED that the said NANCY DIGGS HOLMES, BENNIE W. DIGGS, CHARLES ALBERT DIGGS, JAMES G. DIGGS, ROY J. DIGGS, SAMUEL S. DIGGS, WINSTON J. DIGGS, MATILDA WILLIAMS and FANNIE W. JOHNSON if they be living , or if dead then their heirs, devisees and successors in title who are made parties defendant by the general description of the PARTIES UNKNOWN including but not limited to the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of WILLIAM HENRY DIGGS, a/k/a W. H. DIGGS and any parties claiming an interest, whether of record or not, in Tax Parcel No. 45-01-020 and 45-01-020D appear on or before the 27th day of July, 2016, in the Clerks Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And, it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the SMITHFIELD TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Isle of Wight; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to the defendants at the addresses shown by the aforesaid affidavit, if any.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 to consider for recommendation to the Board of Supervisors the following applications:
The application of Ray and Lisa Betterton for an exception to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Ordinance. Specifically, under Section 4002, to allow encroachment of 62 feet into the 100-foot-wide Resource Protection Area buffer to build a single-family home at 13604 Bowling Green Road, Windsor, in the Windsor Election District.
An ordinance to amend and reenact the following section of the Isle of Wight County Code, Appendix B, Zoning: Article V, Supplementary Use Regulations for Residential Use Types, Section 5-5002.I (Home Occupation, Type I and II) in order to allow “Gunsmith” as a Type II Home Occupation with a Conditional Use Permit.
Copies of said applications are on file in the Department of Planning and Zoning at the Isle of Wight County Courthouse Complex, Isle of Wight, Virginia, and are available for public examination.
Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his or her views with respect to said applications may appear before and be heard by said Planning Commission during the Public Hearing to be held in the Robert C.
