The object of this suit is terminate the residual parental rights of the parents, including the right of visitation, right to consent to adoption, the responsibility of support and all other rights and responsibilities remaining with the natural parents of the aforesaid child and to obtain the right to place said child for adoption. And, based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication. It is ORDERED that Megan Fields, the biological mother and any or all others who may be related to Hunter J. Smallwood, whose actual whereabouts are unknown, appear at the above-named Court on or before the 23rd day of July, 2019, at 11:00a.m. to do whatever is necessary to protect their interests. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in THE SMITHFIELD TIMES, of Smithfield, Virginia, and that a copy hereof be posted on the front door of the Courthouse. Certificate of Publication should be sent to this Court and bill to Reynold W. Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2019, to consider an Ordinance to join The Regional Industrial Facility Authority pursuant to Section 15.2-6400 et seq. of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, in collaboration and cooperation with the County of Gloucester, the City of Hampton, the City of Newport News, the City of Poquoson, the City of Williamsburg and the County of York, to foster economic growth and development of the County of Isle of Wight and the region and to promote the comfort, convenience and welfare of the citizens of the County of Isle of Wight by developing, owning and operating one or more facilities on a cooperative basis with the other member localities.
Any person desiring to be heard in favor, in opposition to, or to express his/her views with respect to the above may appear before and be heard by said Board of Supervisors for the County of Isle of Wight on Thursday, June 20, 2019, in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room on the second floor of the Community Development Building, 17130 Monument Circle, Isle of Wight County, Virginia 23397. The public meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m.

Zoning: Amendments, Article I (General Provisions), Article III (Use Types), Article IV (Zoning Districts and Boundaries), Article V (Supplementary Use Regulations), Article VI (Overlay Districts), Article IX (Signs), and Article X (Vehicle Parking Facilities). The purpose of the proposed amendments is to reduce and clarify requirements, make editorial corrections, increase flexibility, and make changes to permitted uses in certain zoning districts.
