Griffin Lane will bring country music classics to the Gazebo Stage Friday for the final concert of the 2019 Summer Concert Series. The free concert begins at 8 p.m.

Clay and Nancy Griffin, who have performed with a variety of bands across the country, now play with a group of seasoned musicians and lifelong friends. The band plays familiar country classics as well as original music written and arranged by the Griffins.

Griffin Lane is a longtime supporter of the Summer Concert Series and always brings an enthusiastic following to the Main Street events. 

The 2019 series has been plagued by rainouts and sponsors are hoping Friday will be clear. When cancellations become necessary, they are posted when possible on www.facebook.com/smithfield.times and www.smithfieldarts.org.
