Turner, III at 206 Marsh View Court, Carrollton, VA 23314 for well over 60 days. If the watercraft is not claimed and removed within thirty days after August 14, 2019 then James E. Turner, III shall apply to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries for a title to the vessel in his name, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 29.1-733.25.

AMENDMENT AND REVISION OF ZONING ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 15.2-2204 and 15.2-2285 of the Code of Virginia, (1950), as amended, that the Town Council of the Town of Smithfield, Virginia will hold a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Town Council on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 6:30 o’clock P.M., in The Smithfield Center, 220 N. Church Street, meeting room A, Smithfield, Virginia, to consider the amendment and revision of Articles 2, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3G,3H, 3I, 3J, 3K, 8, 10, 11, and 13of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to define “event facilities”, to provide for event facilities as a permitted or conditional use within certain zoning districts within the Town and to enact provisions establishing general standards and standards for parking, loading and signage for event facilities. Copies of the current Zoning Ordinance for Smithfield, Virginia, adopted September 1, 1998, and all amendments thereto, along with copies of the proposed revisions and amendments of the Zoning Ordinance for Smithfield, Virginia are on file and may be examined in the office of
