CARROLLTON — Tracy Eileen Landrus Bailey, 61, passed away on Nov. 8, 2019. She was the daughter of Ruby Virginia Saunders Jones and the late Francis Dale Landrus. She is survived by her husband, David Gerald Bailey; daughters, Kalen Shea Petrie (Andrew) and Kelsea Bliss Monette; son, Justin Eugene Monette; grandson, Hayden Lyfe Monette; brother, Jeffery Dale Landrus (Robin); niece, Ashlee Galford (Eric); nephew, Jeffery D. Landrus Jr. (Amanda); niece, Allyson Bracewell; nephew, Adam Bailey; nephew Devrick Bailey; niece Dawn Bailey-Hussey.  A funeral service was held Nov. 11 at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield, and burial in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery.
