The Virginia State Police is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Isle of Wight County.

The crash occurred at 1:30 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Route 460 east of Yellow Hammer Road, according to State Police spokeswoman Sgt. Michelle Anaya.

One westbound lane is shut down for the investigation.
