I don’t think Black people all across the country suddenly jumped up one morning wanting to tear down statues. I think rabble-rousers were sent out from Washington to stir things up.

When the statues came down they wanted to change the names of schools, cities and states. Next the Washington Monument and the White House will have to come down.

Eventually they will demand that white people with names like Grant, Jefferson and Jackson change their names or be subjected to physical violence.

Then there’s the incident in Minnesota. What does blocking traffic and looting stores in Virginia have to do with that?

Nobody has a right to involuntarily enlist others into supporting their cause no matter what it is. Yet the demonstrators disrupted the lives and looted and destroyed the property of people who had nothing to do with Minnesota while claiming victim statues for themselves.

But when there are free color TVs to be had, reason and morality go out the window and bricks go through windows.
