Solar firm needs geography lesson

Am I the only reader who noticed that the application of Cavalier Solar A LLC for a facility in Isle of Wight/Surry doesn’t know the state roads where they plan to put their facility?
Maybe they couldn’t read the tiny print on the map, but if you look, Burwells Bay Road is there, plain as day.
Do we know where they are going? Do they?
