Morse makes Dean’s List

Tina Morse, of Carrollton, has been named to the Dean’s List at Sam Houston State University for the Fall 2020 semester.

The students listed on the Dean’s List of Academic Honors at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, are undergraduates who have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.5 out of a perfect 4.0 in all work attempted while enrolled in not less than 12 semester hours.

 

Burnett makes Dean’s List

Brooke Burnette, of Carrollton, a senior graphic design major at York College of Pennsylvania, has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester.

To be eligible for this honor, a student must be registered for at least 12 academic credit hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

 

Locals named to William & Mary Dean’s List

The following local residents were recently named to the Dean’s List at the College of William & Mary for the fall 2020 semester:

Paul Anderson, of Smithfield

Lea Lanzalotto, of Smithfield

Raven Pierce, of Surry

Luke Denoncourt, of Windsor

In order to achieve Dean’s List status, a full-time, degree seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 Quality Point Average during the semester.

 

Tomlin named to Dean’s List

Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its Dean’s List for the fall 2020 semester, in which more than 1,300 students were recognized for maintaining high GPAs.

Among them is full-time student Caroline Tomlin of Carrsville, who majors in psychology.

To qualify for Dean’s List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester. Part-time students are eligible if they’ve accumulated 15 or more credits of letter-graded course work with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher.

 

Three locals honored at Shenandoah

Shenandoah University recently announced Dean’s List and President’s List honors for the Fall 2020 semester.

Madeline Bevins, of Windsor, earned Dean’s List honors.

Gregory Pierce, of Carrollton, and Jasper Smith, of Carrollton, earned President’s List honors.

At Shenandoah University, undergraduate students pursuing baccalaureate degree programs in any school or division are eligible to be named to the Dean’s List. To be considered, students must, for that semester, complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students who achieved President’s List recognition attained a grade point average of at least 3.9.
