All eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 10 in Isle of Wight County are closed due to a two-vehicle accident.

According to Sgt. Michelle Anaya, spokeswoman for the Virginia State Police, the accident occurred at approximately 6:24 a.m. involving a tractor trailer and downed power lines. No injuries are currently reported.

The Virginia Department of Transportation’s 511 traffic conditions website indicates the lane closures impact the stretch of Route 10 between Green Run Lane and Burwells Bay Road near Rushmere.
