To the powers that be in Smithfield and Isle of Wight: Regarding all of the infrastructure being built presently and being planned for the future, this has to stop!

You are ruining our county. You are taking down our forests and overcrowding our schools and highways. And parks. We do not want to be Chesapeake or Newport News. We do not want to be Mercury Boulevard. We want to be Smithfield and Carrollton and Windsor — just the way we are. Please just stop – now!
