The Smithfield Times captured the sights as little ghouls and goblins invaded downtown Smithfield for Ham-o-ween activities, including the Times’ annual Halloween Costume Contest.
A panel of judges named a winner and runner up in three categories, scariest, cutest and most original, for four age groups, 0-3, 4-7, 8-12 and teen or adult.
