Josie White Cobb of Smithfield, Virginia passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 3, 2023. Born on September 10, 1929, in Colerain, North Carolina, she lived a long and fulfilling life, reaching the age of 93.

Services for Josie will be held on her birthday, Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Cemetery in Colerain, North Carolina.
