Cecil Lee Crocker Jr.

Lee was born on June 21, 1957, he grew up in Smithfield Virginia and departed unexpectedly on March 26, 2024, in his adopted hometown, Washington DC. Lee never met a stranger, only future friends. Lee was a colorful and beloved character who brought the joy of life and laughter to his large circle of friends and family.
Of his several careers his favorite was his time with Marriott Corporation that allowed him to travel the globe. Lee retired from the USDA where he served in the office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights.
Lee is predeceased by his parents, Cecil Lee and Norma Dell Crocker and his sister Yvonne. He leaves to cherish his memory sisters Patricia Edmundson (John) and Wanda Pearson (Jimmy Groves), as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of dear and lifelong friends.
A memorial service will be held at a future date TBD.
