Editor, The Smithfield Times:

I have known John Edwards all my life. He and his family are wonderful people. However, we do hold some different views about who is in control and what is happening in our great country. I love my country, but I have come to disagree with the government. So here we go.

We are in a Fourth Turning, which is a period of crisis and comes around about every 80 years or so. This one started in 2011 and will run until around 2034.

If we are lucky to get that far.

Both political parties are part of it. The Rich Men North of Richmond do not govern by the wishes of the people; they rule by what Wall Street wants. Wall Street is controlled by the Federal Reserve Bank. It is a private bank started in 1913 by 20 banks, 10 in America and 10 from overseas. We could only enter World War I because the government could borrow money from them. Our federal income tax system started then to pay back this money.

John may remember that paper money was “United States Note.” Let’s say it was a $2 bill at the bottom; it said “The United States of America Will Pay To The Bearer On Demand Two Dollars.” It could have been $1, $5, $10, etc.

Today’s currency says Federal Reserve Note. A note is an agreement to pay. Well, what are they going to pay you? Before 1971 money was gold.

The government has destroyed the American family. Why? It gives the government more control. They are trying hard to destroy the churches. Why? Yep that. It doesn’t matter on a national level who you vote for; it does on a local and state level.

We are at nearly $35 trillion in debt and go another nearly trillion in debt every 100 days. It is unpayable. We are going through a monetary reset. What will it look like? I don’t know, but they have a plan.

Finally, an $8 payment on a credit card will not help people who truly need it. A company will just reject low scores and/or reduce their limits. So heads they win, tails they win. The customers lose.
