Editor, The Smithfield Times:   

The fence by the new Royal Farms in Bartlett is unappealing and needs a group of good artisans to fill it with graffiti or some such change as to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Another architectural blunder? Does anyone see the White Elephant?
