Surry Nottoway Powwow celebrates culture

Jack Dark of Virginia Beach, representing the Nansemond Tribe, joined Beth Roach of Surry County, representing the Nottoway Tribe, at the 2024 Nottoway Powwow, held Sept. 21-22 at the Surry Parks and Recreation Center grounds.
