Coastal RV donating camper, soliciting supplies for family displaced by Helene

Coastal RV of Carrollton will donate a camper to a displaced western North Carolina family impacted by Hurricane Helene, and is soliciting the public’s help in filling it with supplies.
Through Dec. 12, Coastal RV will host its “stuff the camper” campaign. The business is accepting donations of:
- Cold weather clothing (jackets, gloves, hats, scarves, socks, boots, blankets)
- Nonperishable foods (canned goods, dry foods, soups and snacks)
- Small propane bottles (16 ounce containers)
- Pet food
- Other essentials (batteries, flashlights, first-aid kits)
People can donate items at Coastal RV, located at 21373 Brewers Neck Boulevard, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
