Congrats to new admiral

As a member of the Conch Republic Navy of Key West and as a battle-hardened veteran of the Conch Republic Battles in Key West on Schooner Wolf, I offer congratulations to Adm. Seth Salzmann for his new command on the behalf of my home port of Smithfield, Virginia.
Around 2016, Schooner Wolf visited the area, docked at Smithfield Station and provided an interesting venue to several hundred Smithfield residents. She was guided through the channel by a cadre of outriding jet skiers and companion vessels.
She docked for almost a week on her survey of the Northern Territories, the Chesapeake Bay. The Smithfield Times had a wonderful article on the event. For Key West, Florida, this group does sea battles, a wonderful yearly event for tourists in April.
As a commander in the Conch Republic Navy (CRN) living here in Smithfield, I salute Adm. Salzmann.
