The major reason for debris being deposited along the roadway, in ditches and farmers’ fields is unsecured loads.

I have witnessed open-bed pickup trucks and trailers passing by my house with debris just flowing off of them. In most cases these collection facilities are located in rural or farming sections of the county. The farmers are having to clear their fields from this debris prior to planting.

It is time to step up law enforcement on this issue. The side of the road is not your Dumpster.  Stop being disrespectful. We deserve better.
