Editor, The Smithfield Times:

Since the “historic” Smithfield area now consists of a few buildings and/or sites, why not label them as such and rezone the “town” Luterville and get on with the pet projects of the “developers”? It’s going to happen anyway, so avoid all the feuding and controversy over keeping the down-home feel. It has been gone a long, long time.
