Crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation have implemented daytime single-lane closures under flagger control along portions of Route 10 in Surry County for milling and paving.

The work will occur in three two-mile sections, potentially causing travel delays in both direction over the next several weeks.

Traffic will be alternated in each direction on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
