Seaborne, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Harris, is a 2022 graduate of Smithfield High School and will attend Virginia State University in Petersburg. Green, the daughter of Regina Green, is a 2022 graduate of Windsor High School and will attend George Mason University in Fairfax.
