Editor, The Smithfield Times:

We went to Si Senor recently for a nice meal at this Mexican restaurant in Carrollton and were seated in a booth. We love the owner and he is a nice person. We wish him good luck!

During our meal, we never saw such badly behaved parents and children behind us yelling, laughing so loudly that it hurt our ears and the kids in the bench seats standing up jumping up and down. Also, the kids were allowed to run up and down the place with the poor servers trying to bring food to the tables. Our server complained at length about bad behavior of customers today. We agreed with her that Americans no longer have respect for others around them and act like it is their living room instead of a public place to eat where others wish to enjoy their meals they pay for in a modicum of peace. What the heck is the matter with people anyway?

Americans have lost their morals and values that we had once a long time ago, and as one person stated, “America has gone to hell in a handbasket” and I agree! No discipline for their children and none do they practice themselves. Pity our country when these spoiled brats are turned loose in society as young adults. Grow up!
