I would like to take this opportunity to endorse Renee Rountree for the position of member of the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors, District 1 (Smithfield). I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Mrs. Rountree for a number of years and currently serve with her on the Smithfield Town Council.

Renee is a true professional and dedicated public servant. She has been involved in our community in numerous capacities. She has served as leader at Riverside Health System and on the board of her Church, Western Tidewater Free Clinic, Rotary Club, YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, Isle of Wight Gala, Isle of Wight Community Foundation, Healthcare Administrators of Tidewater and the American Heart Association. She is also a facilitator with the Isle of Wight-Smithfield Chamber of Commerce Student Leadership Institute. This program teaches student future leaders skills that will assist them in whatever career path they pursue.

Renee is extremely diligent in her duties as a member of the Town Council. She offers pragmatic and fiscally responsible solutions to the issues that confront us. I trust her advice and know she will serve us well as our supervisor. 

I strongly encourage you to vote for Renee Rountree for Board of Supervisors. I can assure you that I will!
