Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor won the 2023 Downtown Smithfield Scarecrow Stroll. The three little pigs creator pictured above is Alex Edwards, owner of the Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor. Second place was When Pigs Fly…magic happens and third place was awarded to Something Special Thrift Shop.
