Isle of Wight County Fair returns for 31st year

The Isle of Wight County Fair returned for its 31st year Sept. 12-15, bringing carnival rides, the annual 4-H livestock show, food and craft vendors and other attractions to the fairgrounds at Heritage Park outside Windsor. The Smithfield Times was on the scene on Sept. 14 to capture the festivities.
