Editor, The Smithfield Times:

If the Town Council sells the Times building to anyone other than The Smithfield Times, they are out for the almighty dollar and not the good of the town. 

This, of course, should not come as a surprise to anyone. If it does become the case, I for one will read the news with tears in my eyes and anger in my heart.
