I wanted to write in and thank everyone who helped me get elected to the Newport District School Board seat. I am humbled and honored that voters have chosen me to be their new school board representative. I appreciate all the time and effort that people have put into the campaign. I have met so many great people along the way. Thank you to all everyone who put a magnet on their car, a sign in their yard, liked the Facebook page, spread the word, or worked the polls with me on Election Day. I am so appreciative of all of the help they have given me and for their constant support.

I also wanted to thank my husband and my children for all the help and support they have given me though this campaign. It has been a rough few months and I appreciate them being so supportive and understanding.

Now the real work begins, I want to work with my constituents to make our schools the best they can be. I will continue to post on my Facebook page Victoria “Vicky” Hulick and would love continued input and feedback as we move forward. I am grateful for the opportunity voters have given me.
