PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 9, 2016, to consider the Virginia Department of Transportation FY2017-2022 Six Year Improvement Program.
A copy of the proposed plan is on file in the Office of the County Administrator, Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia 23397, and is available for public examination. Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his views with respect to, the proposed plan may appear before, and be heard by, the Board during the Public Hearing section of the meeting in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room (formerly the Board of Supervisors’ Room), Isle of Wight County Courthouse, Isle of Wight, Virginia. The public meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
The County of Isle of Wight is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. If you will require a reasonable accommodation, please make requests to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at least five (5) days in advance of the meeting at (757) 365-6204.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended that the Planning Commission of the Town of Windsor will hold a public hearing on Wednesday June 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chamber on the matter described as follows:
POULTRY IN THE A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT- The following amendments are proposed to permit the raising of poultry in the A-1 Agricultural District as designated in the Town of Windsor Land Development Ordinance (underlined sentences are the proposed amended sections to be added to or replace sections of the Land Development Ordinance) ;
§160.53(A) Permitted Uses in the A-1 Agricultural District
“(2) The raising of cattle, sheep, and other domesticated livestock including
non-indigenous livestock such as alpaca and llamas but does not include intensive farms as defined under the Code of Virginia. The raising of poultry, is permitted provided the A-1 Agricultural parcel or tract exceeds five acres and all pens and houses for poultry are at a minimum of fifty (50) feet from the property lines or the parcel or tract.”
§160.53(C)
“(12) Swine raising and/or processing of swine and processing of poultry.”
And repealing existing section which read §160(C)(12) “Swine and/or poultry raising and/or processing.

The object of the above-styled suit is to partition real property situate, lying and being in Isle of Wight County, Virginia identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 45-01-020, and said to contain 55.93 acres and Tax Map Parcel No. 45-01-020D, and said to contain 0.200 acre.
And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the above-named defendants cannot be found, and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the parties to be served or as set out in the pleadings, they are a person or person, as defendants by the general description of “parties unknown”, it is therefore ORDERED that the said NANCY DIGGS HOLMES, BENNIE W. DIGGS, CHARLES ALBERT DIGGS, JAMES G. DIGGS, ROY J. DIGGS, SAMUEL S. DIGGS, WINSTON J. DIGGS, MATILDA WILLIAMS and FANNIE W.
