William “Billy” Emmett Pulley III passed away on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016. Billy was the son of the late William E.  Pulley Jr. and Estelle Atkins.

 Billy is survived by his brothers, Lewis Pulley and Thomas Pulley (Betty); sister, Mary Catherine Foster (Charles), and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at Central Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
