PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council of the Town of Windsor will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, in the Windsor Town Hall located at 8 E Windsor Blvd., Windsor, Virginia, to consider the following:

Beginning at 7:00 p.m.

To rezone parcel 54B-23-008 from Residential District R-1 to Residential District HDR. The property is located at 7 Bank Street in the Town of Windsor, VA. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of multiple single family dwellings. The comprehensive plan identifies this location to be residential with no specified density.

Any person desiring to be heard in favor of or in opposition to the above is hereby invited to be present at the Public Hearing. Copies of the above are on file in the Department of Planning & Community Development, 8 E Windsor Blvd. Windsor, Virginia 23487.
