TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold “AS IS,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights of way, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust to be announced at the time of sale. THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
SPECIAL YARD EXCEPTION

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Smithfield, Virginia, will hold a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals in the council chambers in The Smithfield Center, 220 N. Church Street, Smithfield, Virginia, in meeting room A, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the application of Jon Lubecki and Linda Lubecki, owners, for a special yard exception under the provisions of Article 12, Section D of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Smithfield, Virginia, adopted September 1, 1998, and as amended thereafter, in order to approve a single family residential structure with a front yard setback of 19.1 feet. RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO CHANGE ITS MEETING SCHEDULE ADOPTED BY THE BOARD AT

ITS ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF JANUARY 3, 2019

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Isle of Wight County, Virginia, held its organizational meeting on January 3, 2019 in the Robert C. Claud, Sr. Board Room located at 17090 Monument Circle, Isle of Wight, Virginia and adopted its 2019 meeting schedule; and,

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, at its work session held on March 7, 2019 adopted a motion to change the meeting location of its regular meeting of Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to the Windsor Town Center located at 23361 Courthouse Highway in Windsor.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board’s By-laws and §15.2-1416 of the Code of Virginia stipulate that a resolution moving the meeting place be posted on the door of the initial public meeting place and inserted in a newspaper having general circulation in the County at least seven days prior to the first such meeting at such other day, place or time.
